I grew up without the internet & without money (even lived in the woods when I was very young). I spent every second I could learning when the internet came around. The first thing I did was make a website. It took me months of studying other peoples work for at least 11 hours a day. I remember the way I sat the whole time was so painful!! I learned very quickly that you cannot buy a website on ebay and that if you didn’t buy your own domain they can keep it. I learned when you’re about to give up is when you should stand firm. I almost took down that website after 2 years. That Christmas we sold more than anyone in the U.S. of Cicciabella product. I did the low shipping before amazon did and we banked. I later came to design for the company, buy the company and continue to design every new shoe, box, label, product etc. We did popups, made page 6 during NY Fashion week, got into Kohls, walmart, sears, Jet, etc. Throughout this time I was a shared owner in 11 car washes (the most successful with just my husband), 3 retail locations to sell Cicciabella, a small café, 2 spas, bella by design and the grande Bella Bluff Manor. Bella Bluff is my amazing home that I designed from ground up. There are amazing tile changes, imported chandeliers, furniture, tile and more on the inside. The outside boasts a huge park-like experience along 4 levels of land. It’s meant to make any bride’s dream come true!
